High quality hotel
Liked: Excellent hotel, of high quality. Wonderful staff and sense of quality and grandeur. Lovely rooms and very clean.
Disliked: We thought that the breakfast could have been a little better. For 120E for two, we were expecting a lot, but it was cut short without much notice. Also whilst the location is within walking distance, the immediate area remains a little drab

Absolutely wonderful!
Liked: We really loved our stay at Corinthia Brussels. The hotel is beautiful, very stylish and everything feels fresh and new. Our 38 m² Deluxe Room was perfectly comfortable for us with our seven-month-old baby. There were lots of little details that made us feel welcome. A cot with a cute animal mobile was prepared for our son, and there were cookies, a delicious little pastry and a welcome card waiting for us. The spa is absolutely wonderful and we really enjoyed it. The food was also excellent. We loved the breakfast, had a lovely dinner at Palm Court and also tried room service. Room service was especially nice — everything arrived on a properly set table with little flowers. We were travelling with our baby and our tiny dog, and everyone was very welcoming. Our dog even received a little silk scarf as a gift, which was such a sweet surprise. The staff were always happy to help us with the stroller and luggage, valet parking was very convenient, and we were given a late check-out until 2 pm. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked another stay for January.
Disliked: There is no ramp at the main entrance, which is a little inconvenient with a stroller, although the staff were always there to help us. There was also one slightly strange situation during dinner at Palm Court. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and taking a few photos, and our waiter asked us not to use the flash. At the same time, there was a private event in the adjoining room with professional photographers whose flashes were actually shining directly into my eyes. So being asked not to use our own flash felt a little unfair. To his credit, the waiter apologised when he brought us the bill later that evening. And when we were checking out the next day, a manager also came to us personally, apologised again and said that the situation was unacceptable. We really appreciated the way they handled it. These were small things and did not change how much we enjoyed the hotel.
