Would not recommend
Disliked: Sadly it wasnt clean at all, even though when we first arrived we encountered an apparent cleaning lady. Also it was moldy overall, the walls were the worst and it smelled very moldy in the whole apartment. It felt like we were in a greenhouse because the air was so humid and when we tried to do some laundry our clothes wouldn’t dry at all. The kitchen was fine and well equipped but we didn’t even have a towel to dry the dishes with. The windows weren’t sealed properly which resulted in water coming through whenever it rained.
Disliked: It was very hard to get in contact with the property when needed, I asked for a phone number but was not given one. We stayed 4 days and only 1 toilet paper roll was provided, I had to buy more at my own expenses. The property said they would put more but nobody came.

Disliked: 1/10 — Unacceptable experience. I strongly advise against booking here. We felt unsafe in the area. Reaching the top-floor apartment via the narrow staircase with heavy luggage, a baby and my unwell wife was unmanageable. We never entered or checked in. The host was responsive before payment, then ignored our messages afterwards. Even our offer to pay for the first unused night and receive a refund for the other two was met with no consideration. Appalling communication and a complete lack of consideration. I would never book here again.

Disliked: This was a complete disaster! I had a bad surprise of having a mouse and many cockroaches in the apartment. there were some left over food item, rotten inside the cupboards. I tried to contact them via phone, never answered, via messaging, they said they were sorry, but there was nothing they could do that evening as they didnt have other rooms to change us. So I waited next day, without sleeping the whole night, the mouse was making lots of noise! Next morning first thing I tried to write them and ask them to change my room or to reimburse me 2 nights that were still left, they never answered despite me writing the complaints! Then, I reached out to booking, they were super nice, and contacted the hotel that evening and hotel owners told booking that I was lying and that they sent someone to take care of the mice (two cleaning ladies popped up in the afternoon, and asked there was the mice: i dont herd it I dont know, somewhere in the corner or inside the drawers)! in short, avoid this hotel if you can! they are liars! I left the place that evening with the help of Booking, found another place to stay!

Liked: I liked the location easy to access, the train station was just close by. There were shops next to the apartment. I was there from 13 to 18th. I really felt at home. The host was really helpful whenever you send her/him a message. I will come again at Pierremans 51

Liked: The apartment is wonderful and clean, and the price is reasonable. I have just one suggestion—and it’s not a criticism: installing air conditioning would be perfect.
