  Liked: Location excellent

Disliked: Our stay was overall acceptable, but several aspects need improvement. Some of the reviews we had read were unfortunately confirmed: the sofa bed should be cleaned, as the covers had visible stains. The bed linens and towels were clean but very worn, with bleach marks and some darker stains of unclear origin. The check‑in was also problematic. Even though we had informed the property about our delayed flight, no one was there to welcome us. After many calls and WhatsApp messages without reply, I had to urgently contact Booking assistance, who even suggested finding us a new accommodation. Only after that call did someone finally open the door. This part of the check‑in definitely requires more attention.Regarding maintenance, the bathroom lock needs fixing and some electrical outlets are hanging and should be repaired.

Nice-looking apartment, but poor maintenance, cleanliness issues, and disorganized processes

  Liked: The location was good.

Disliked: Despite being advertised as an “elegant flat,” the apartment is in poor condition. Cleanliness was unacceptable upon arrival — we found a used condom on the bathroom window, dirty kitchenware, wet towels, and pillowcases hanging on a drying rack. Several electrical outlets were loose, including one in the bedroom. The check-in and check-out process was also poorly managed, with unclear communication, a very narrow arrival window, and no instructions provided for check-out.

  Perfect Location

Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was perfect for us (three women) — very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent, close to everything. Chantal was incredibly kind, waiting for us at check-in and giving us a short guide on what to see and where to go in Brussels. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!
