Fabulous
Liked: A very spacious and impeccably clean room. Coffee machine, soft towels, metro station 50 metres away, and a great restaurant with lovely decor. The front desk staff were most professional.
Disliked: The room temperature on arrival was around 16 degrees, and it took a long time to warm it up. But it was maybe because it was a long weekend in Brussels, with 2/11 being a holiday.
The perfect choice for a family trip to Brussels
Liked: Excellent and secure location, spacious and clean rooms with luxurious bedding, quality amenities, nice breakfast, and a special welcome present for our 17 month old son, waiting for him in his nice baby cot. Perfect hospitality.
Disliked: Nothing not to like.
Liked: Breakfast was very good. Room was roomy and clean. Location was great with Metro and Tram just outside.
Disliked: Shower in the Bath.

Liked: Everything was very high quality - the bedding, towels, even the fixtures. Really enjoyed the candy bowl at the entrance... gummies one day and marshmallow candies the next... made me feel like I was at home when I grabbed a treat.

Will definitely return - right at the metro so public transport a breeze
Liked: I'd not stayed at a EuroStars before but will definitely look for them in the future. Comparable to the US Marriott Autograph collection hotels in quality, I'd say a better value than those even given the amenities. This particular hotel had a basement Sauna that was awesome and greatly appreciated.
Disliked: We arrived from the US first thing (8a) and had to wait to check in at 3p. It would have been good to have an early check in and let us shower and explore the city. The luggage was able to be put away but a shower was what I really needed after almost 20 hours of travel.
Great hotel for Brussels centre
Liked: Very elegant and well positioned hotel.
Disliked: Could have had more generous amounts of tea and coffee available in the room.
