Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: The helpful friendly staff, the clean spacious room and the great are
Liked: Amazing hotel, great location and very big room. The hotel service was excellent.
Liked: Position (2 minutes walking to Schuman metro station, 5 min intirziere walking to groceries, 10 to cafeterias)
Liked: Room was great - with cooking facilities if you wanted. Breakfast was a little expensive for a breakfast but very good
Disliked: After it was too late to cancel I got a message telling me to check in on line but the link didn't work and they didn't respond to my messages. At the time of wrong the telephone number on booking.com didn't work either. I was arriving at 9pm and so a little stressed out by it all. Booking.com intervened and they started replying to me but I wasn't super certain that I had a room. In the end all was well and I would stay there again. But it wasn't a great experience
Liked: Super view from the balcony. The room was spacy and comfortable, there were tea facilities and even bathtube. The breakfast was ok.
Central location
Liked: Friendly staff and good location for getting around Brussels
Disliked: Nothing
