Liked: Tree around house provide perfect place for good sleep.
Liked: If you are in BXL, pls stay at Maison Chantecler for unforgettable experience living in a villa filled with 100 years of history. The family owning and running the Maison is actually staying there over the weekends and make you feel being part of the family. Plus, Noemi makes a wonderful breakfast:-)!

Liked: Beautiful house surrounded by mature trees with a lovely peaceful feel. The room was comfortable with a good shower and AC, the pool lovely (though opening times are limited) and the breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little over priced (22 euros). The timings for breakfast were wrong on booking.com but we were grateful to be able to arrange breakfast at 8.30 nonetheless.

Liked: Time felt slower here. I didn't want to leave. The breakfast WAS excellent as everyone says, and the atmosphere was peaceful. We were in Brussels for a goth metal concert so the quiet, relaxing atmosphere was extra appreciated. Another thing I loved was the garden around the house. I saw red squirrels running on branches, a Flemish jay, long tailed tits and a lovely lark. And all this for such a good price and a very short walk from a train station. We plan on staying here again.:)
Disliked: I have zero complaints. Aside from that we were promised bottled water but never got any. It's okay because we really didn't need it.
Excellent option for an elegant stay in Brussels in a leafy suburb. Extremely friendly and helpful host
Liked: Beautiful villa, well appointed. Nice room, very comfortable.
Disliked: To be clear I loved the property but It is relatively far from the centre and requires tram plus bus. The room I had did not have an en-suite bath but it did have a very nice bathroom which was dedicated to the room across the landing.
