Liked: Everything was great regarding facilities and location and communication

Disliked: Obviously, we expected stairs, but not as many. The noise in street from front bedroom at night, but we understand we are close to centre..

Liked: Great location. Everything we wanted to see was right at our doorstep. Great food and all the local sights were very easy to get to. 10/10 for location.

Disliked: There were a lot of steps to get to the main door of the property. This is not made clear in the description. Can be hard when you have a lot of luggage or people with health conditions.

Love the place and will recommend this property to friends. It was

Liked: Close to everything and public transportation and the washer and dryer

Disliked: Since we had an older person with us, the stairs were a little bit problematic.

Liked: Location convenient. Very clean and spacious. Warm but the fans in bedrooms helped.

Disliked: Windows were a little stiff or tricky to open.

This property is in a prime location to explore Brussels and the surrounding areas

Liked: The location of this property is the biggest win. It’s so close to the centre. The property itself is nice enough. Two bedrooms, one separate toilet and a bathroom with two sinks and an over the bath shower, so only one toilet in total. The kitchen, dining, living area was lovely to relax after a busy day. We didn’t want to cook but it seemed to have a good set up. They provide towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner.

Disliked: In general I would say that this is a basic property. There are no frills. No extras. (But compared to local hotels it was much cheaper). Given the excellent location, you have to accept the noise that comes with it. It was hot so we had the windows open and the noise continued into the night. We got a lot of insect bites during the night. Not sure if this was due to the bedding…but it let us feeling a little uneasy. Don’t look at the bedding in the chest for the sofa bed - it’s really dirty - so I do wonder what the main bedding was like under all the covers. I do think the place could do with a general refresh.

  Fab location

Liked: Host was very responsive and the layout was cool.

Disliked: Too hit for the summer and did not have fans at first. Could do with an AC unit. It would have been nice to have some coffee pods for the machine.
