Good value for money and great place for a short stay. Staff was very good and good breakfast provided

Liked: Spacious, clean, close to tram stop and good free breakfast.

Disliked: The area looks a bit run down.

It’s mix of good and poor experience

    Liked: Break fast okay

Disliked: On the first day, the receptionist was very helpful. Although the room initially allocated to us was not clean, she kindly arranged another room, which was acceptable. We really appreciated her assistance. However, the experience on the following day was quite disappointing. One of the male receptionists was very rude and unhelpful. We simply requested a glass of hot water, but instead of showing basic courtesy, he insisted that we pay for it. He even advised us to get water from the kitchen sink. Honestly, the water from the kitchen tap wasn’t even hot. I am not sure why such a small request was handled so poorly. A little courtesy and basic customer service would have made a big difference. This was quite disappointing and certainly not the kind of hospitality we expected.

Liked: The only good thing about it.. it's clean.

Disliked: I didn't like the location..I felt not safe crossing the nieberhood... And even inside the property with the roommates. It was soo noise outside with cars and people I couldn't sleep. I didn't like it at all And I will never book an aubergine with shared room again. I didn't like that at all And it's stupid to ask someone to change the room in the middle of booking!!!! That was weird. Anyways I didn't liked it and will never book it..and will never book in shared room again.....and I don't recommend it at all

Nice stay from the opinion of someone eho has lived in Brussels for a year

Liked: The property was really comfortable and accessible. It was located in a muslim lookalike neighbourhood and the streets around had a lot of rubbish (but it happens in Brussels in general). The staff were really helpful and the room was nice and clean.

Disliked: We had breakfast included and it was a little bit poor due to the few options it included. I would also comment not as a bad review, that it is kind of a residence.
