Beautiful hotel in the centre of Brussels with the most fabulous staff
Liked: Amazing location and lovely staff
Disliked: Nothing
Great base to see Rome with helpful staff
Liked: Location was excellent, near the river restaurants and the Pantheon which was a great visit. Room was nice but a little crowded for three people. However it was all set for us.
Disliked: Breakfast was basic and there was not really a bar on site. (a small one but often unmanned)
A great hotel let down by some questionable approaches to staff organisation
Liked: Room was lovely, bar was great, decor really nice, front desk and lobby staff v friendly and responsive.
Disliked: Breakfast was poorly conceived, breakfast staff organisation poor, waiting time to be served too long. Some days you get three people opening doors for you when you arrive, sometimes you have to open the doors yourself. It won’t kill me to open a door but why the inconsistency?
