  Liked: Very convenient location near my conference place and lots of facilities near by within walking distance. The hotel was very quiet and friendly and welcoming staff.

  Disliked: I asked a staff member at the reception if I may take the door hanger as a present for my Italian friend who is collecting these. She was very severe in her reaction, so much, that I didn't even dare to ask if I could buy it.

  I would stay here again

  Liked: Lovely room overlooking all the little gardens and balcony's on the block. Very handy bus / metro to get to and from the city center (although its a lovely walk) Everything was comfortable and clean. Bed not to hard and not to soft. Good shower.

  Disliked: I was aware of reviews saying the street felt unsafe. I can see why you would say that. If you turn left when leaving the hotel you have to pass a lot of back doors to businesses which are clearly used by homeless at night. They weren't there during the day. But if you turn right instead of left when leaving the hotel and walk that way, its fine.

  Nice and cozy stay

  Liked: Very friendly stuff! Warm and cozy vibe in the lobby and very clean room. Quite value for money.

  Disliked: The room could have been a bit more spacious but that's relevant to the category we booked.
