Good
Overall, an excellent stay
Liked: Comfortable bed, clean room, excellent breakfast (hot and cold options) with great coffee and a nice selection of cold beverages. Simple check in and check out.
Disliked: I’d rather breakfast start at 6:30 on a weekday, as getting off to work after eating is simpler in Brussels if you’re leaving the hotel at 7 instead of 7:30.

Liked: The location is good and near the metro station and close to the central and close to downtown.
Disliked: There is a aome modification inside the hotel and no one mentioned that, also the elevator is very small it’s only space for one person, and because of the modifications there was no electricity and I slept whole night without electricity
Liked: Amazing location and friendly staff! We really appreciated the umbrellas available for borrowing, since the wheater was cloudy and the rain came randomly during the day. The bed was big and very comfy, and the tea and coffee left in the room were a bonus (also the fridge, even tho we didn't use it).
Disliked: The smell from the bathroom was quite bad:( It smelled like sewage no matter how long we aired the bathroom. It was fine for two nights, that's why we didn't even bother to mention it to the staff. For a longer stay tho, it's something that needs to be solved.
Liked: Very good value for money, central location, friendly staff, very comfortable bed.
Disliked: The lift is small, can barely hold 3 persons in all.
Liked: Great location, nice breakfast, comfy bed. Close to a metro stop.
Disliked: It was January, the bathroom was cold.
