Liked: Basic but clean and functional. Location is not ideal at night, but it's also quite close to everything. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: Location near the station can be sketchy at night.

Liked: Absolutely nothing it was horrible
Disliked: First room sheets were stained. It was horrible. Old fashioned. Second room the drains stunk of poo and it kept me awake all night even with the bathroom door shut. Old plugs. Dingy and receptionist quite rude and unfriendly. If you asked a question it felt like you were bothering them.
Liked: The reception staff were very much accommodative and very professional. They are excellent.
not bad for the price offered
Liked: Location is good Quite and green neighborhood. Walking distance from train station and transport hubs.
Disliked: Frequent noise from the upper floor. maybe because of the storm (?)

Liked: Clean, modern, great location for Brussel Nord station as we had to catch a train in the morning. Ignore the bad reviews on here and google about bed bugs and bad area, it’s not true.
Disliked: Water was either cold or extra hot, quite difficult to shower.
