Liked: I was supposed to travel for a very important work event, but just two days before, my cat suddenly had an acute renal failure and sadly passed away... We called ready to get any kind of answer but they were really understanding about the cancellation. It was extremely kind and human of them... I will never forget your kindness... Thank you so much!
Liked: Top accommodation in terms of location right in the center; the two-star hotel met expectations and was very good for this level.
Disliked: I would only point out two things: a rather unpleasant smell throughout the entire hotel, including the room (likely due to recent renovations or the age of the building), and a shower that sprayed too much, flooding the bathroom.
Liked: The staff were exceptional. I couldn't charge my phone as the travel adapter didn't fit. They found a plug for me so I could charge my phone.

Disliked: I waited for a long to check in the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist informed me that the air conditioners were not working and that there were no fans available for my room. Instead, I was given two bottles of ice-cold water.
