Disliked: A bit more attention to detail when cleaning the room is needed. Towels were missing, slippers, etc... But amazing service nonetheless and cleanliness was great.

Excellent Location, Elegant Rooms, and Outstanding Hospitality in the Heart of Brussels
Liked: The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the iconic Grand Place in Brussels, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The train station is also only about five minutes away on foot, which adds to the convenience. The hotel staff were extremely professional, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was exceptionally spacious, with elegant, regal-inspired décor that gave it a luxurious and charming feel. The buffet breakfast offered a decent selection, although the choices for vegetarians like us were somewhat limited. Nevertheless, we found the available options sufficient for a satisfying breakfast. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location, spacious and elegant rooms, and outstanding hospitality.
Disliked: The only minor inconvenience was the hotel's accessibility when handling luggage. The elevator is located about 7–8 steps above the entrance level, requiring guests to carry their luggage up and down the stairs. There are also steps leading to the lobby. However, the staff were very accommodating and kindly assisted us with carrying our luggage up to the elevator.
Relaxing place to stay in busy and vibrant city
Liked: Beautifully appointed room and building in very central location close to train and tram stations. Large room and bathroom. Boutique style furnishings. Friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome.
Disliked: No view from our window as high up on top floor. This made the room slightly dark and it felt a bit chilly. It was also overlooked by office staff opposite our window during their breaks. Initial problem with shower drainage was swiftly resolved.
Very luxurious and slept like a baby
Liked: Beautiful place. Like a palace. I’m not a huge fan of brussels but this was the most comfortable hotel on our trip to EU.

Liked: Our stay was wonderful from the start. The receptionists were very nice and helpful. They even spoke Spanish! The rooms are very confortable and beautiful and the decoration and interior design of the hotel is beautiful and sophisticated. But the best part was the breakfast! Besides being delicious, Greg was super kind and attentive to us. We will certainly visit again!
