DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL COSTS
Disliked: The listing is not representative and is a fraud. The room I received does NOT match the pictures shown in the listing at all. I requested to cancel the listing immediately upon checking in, contacted with a live staff who said they could not because the hotel was not picking up their calls. Absolutely ridiculous. - Construction work being done outside, with loud noises waking me up at 8am (I have a video in the room on google reviews, and this isn't even as bad as the drilling). - Receptionist is extremely unfriendly and does not bother to help (I asked how to on the aircon and all he did was mime out pressing a button. He looks at his computer the whole time and after maybe a minute looks up and asks me "what do you want?") - Live wiring in the room as the electrical sockets are not correctly set up. - Lift not working so i had to carry all my things up and down (useless receptionist said he can't do anything about it) - Floor was very dirty. - Whole place looked like it was under renovation. This is a fraudulent listing, and it is absurd that it is still up for booking. The room i received is exactly the same as another review, and the receptionist I am referring to is exactly the same as another review. It is clear that the hotel does not address any of the customer's concerns and no effort is made to correct anything. I strongly recommend anyone to look for alternative listings. DO NOT STAY HERE.
Amazing hotel in the touristic center of Brussels
Liked: The breakfast was amazing, the room was clean and very comfy. I particularly liked the temperature of the room. The staff was also very polite and helpful.
Great location and good value for money
Liked: Great central location. Room was spacious clean and comfortable. Have stayed here before and would stay here again.
Disliked: This is the second time I’ve stayed here, and the elevator wasn’t working both times so I would check this before booking incase you have mobility issues. They’re also going through a renovation which I knew about both times.
