Fabulous
Close to Central station and walking distance to attractions
Liked: Close to Centraal station and attractions
Disliked: The narrow hallways and floors are off. It’s hard going up and down the stairs with luggage.
Liked: Delicious breakfast with so many options we didn’t get through them all even though we stayed 4 nights. Huge comfy bed. Good location. Nice staff. Nice soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Disliked: Nothing!
Confusing
Liked: Your cleaning ladies, probably, the nicest there. Also room service delivery was super nice. Something you would actually expect from IHG. Also I liked stuff at the breakfast. Super helpful. Room was cozy. Design, all that. Nice touch was water station with sparkling water. Really appreciated that.
Disliked: No offence but the stay overall was super confusing. I have stayed with IHG in London and Antwerp, the best times! Brussels has lots of work to catch up. Overall vibe. I didn’t feel myself welcome that much. Super confusing situation with food at the hotel. I came to ask for some food and was sent to look for it outside just to find out later you DO have room service option, again, super limited. Given a price for a night one could expect better, at least some selection. Or clear information. Or nicer reception. Here to be honest some lady was nice, and some wasn’t AT ALL. 50/50 luck.
I would stay again
Liked: Room 734 was nice and comfy, good central location. Abundance of filtered water, compliment espresso and tea. I am glad I chose the hotel.
Great hotel in a great location, few improvements needed
Liked: Great location, lovely building, nice decor, room was a great size, bath wasn’t clean
Disliked: Breakfast felt short staffed and kept running out of items
Liked: Modern, clean, and stylish hotel in a great location near the city center. Good breakfast, though it gets packed even by 7 AM—tables are hard to come by and some food stations run out quickly.
Disliked: During our 3-night stay, we ran into several issues that made things inconvenient. Key card system errors forced us to visit reception multiple times just to regain access to our room and the gym. Additionally, the Wi-Fi required re-authenticating on a login page every 24 hours rather than offering a seamless connection. Finally, our room faced a busy square, resulting in significant noise from frequent police and ambulance sirens.
