Fabulous
Live like a queen
Liked: Top hotel with excellent service and great breakfast
Liked: Great Location
Disliked: Needs some serious renovation
100% recommend this hotel if visiting Brussels
Liked: Lovely hotel. The room was superb, with a great bathroom.
Disliked: N/a
Liked: Very tasty breakfast, excellent water pressure in shower, towels, bathrobes, enough space in the room. Gym is small but with great view and well equipped. The hotel is in a very nice area.
Disliked: The hotel is maybe a bit outdated and could use some refreshment (although everything is clean and proper). Photos look fancier than reality. On checkout day the staff called exactly at 12 to remind check out time. Felt a bit intrusive, i was already putting my shoes on anyway.
Liked: Location is great
Disliked: Hotel room(s) need renovation, you see it immidiately
Liked: The room was spacious and clean, and the location was very convenient for our purpose.
Disliked: We were surprised by the deposit we had to leave at the reception upon check-in; it seemed to me that not all guests were required to provide one. Furthermore, it was the transition period between seasons—at times it was chilly, even cold—yet no heating was provided in the room.
