Fabulous
It was wonderful! The room was nice and big with high ceilings
Liked: Bob at the desk is the best concierge!
Impeccable service!
Liked: Rooms are unusually spacious for any capital's centre and well equipped. Location is unbeatable. Mostly important, -- the personal is exceptionally professional and friendly. They really make you feel a special guest. The best of the "old school" service. The stay was simply perfect.
Character atmospheric hotel with the impeccable service
Liked: Rooms are unusually spacious for a metropolitan city and the historic centre. Period building. Service is exceptional. -- professional, "the best of the old school", personnel is super friendly and try hard to make your stay memorable.
Liked: The location and room were great. It was a lovely start to our time in Brussels. Felt very special and within easy walking distance to train station which we accessed quite readily to visit other cities and to arrive from airport. We were grateful for the minibar and tea/coffee facilities within our room which enabled us to have an in-room treat to start our day. Really loved ‘coming home’ to a cuppa in our beautifully furnished room after a days sight seeing.
Excellent
Liked: The location, size of the rooms, clean and calm and friendly staff. 😊
Disliked: None

Liked: Beautiful, spacious room. Bed extremely comfortable, lovely furnishings and amenities. Very clean and quiet. Excellent location. Staff very helpful.
Disliked: Shower was over the bath, but this was a minor consideration.
