Great location, clean, friendly staff, when sitting with more than one can be tricky when there is no doors

Disliked: The lack of doors to the bedrooms

Disliked: My stay at this hotel was a terrible experience. I think a hotel shouldn't be renting out rooms without a door on the toilet. Even the cheapest hostels have doors in the bathroom.

Very noisy stay – no on-site reception to handle complaints

Disliked: We stayed two nights and unfortunately had a poor experience due to noise from other guests. On the first night, we were kept awake by loud music and other disturbing noises coming from the guest downstairs. There is no reception on site, so we couldn't complain in person. We sent a message on the next day trying to cancel that second night because we didn't want to go through it again, and we just wanted to get at least a decent night’s sleep. We believed that, given these unusual circumstances, an exception could be made and the cancellation allowed, but it wasn't possible, so we stayed and had another disturbed night. The hotel did speak to the guest, the music stopped, which we appreciated. However, we were disturbed again by similar noises from the same room during the second night. Plus, we could also hear guests going in and out throughout the whole night. The building is old, and you can hear everything. It's also worth noting that this doesn't really feel like a hotel, it's more of a room rental, with no staff on site to help when problems arise. We don't recommend this "hotel" at all.

Fraudulent AirBnb calling itself a hotel

Disliked: This is more an AirBnb than a hotel, the reception is closed almost all the time of the day, and even when it is supposedly open there is a code to enter the "hotel". It uses a touch screen that is not usable for blind people, although the hotel is announcing a parking for disabled people, having a lot of stairs. If you announce a parking for disabled people anyone would assume that the hotel itself is adapted.I could not even enter the room, I had to cancel my reservation but the hotel refused to refund, they stolen me

Liked: A wonderful stay from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and even nicer than the photos. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful online, made us feel welcome. The location was ideal, and easy to get around from. We left feeling relaxed and well looked after, and we'd happily come back. Highly recommend!

Liked: Comfortable and in a nice location.

Disliked: Very loud at night. Cars, people stomping and slamming the door all through the night.
