I would highly recommend this hotel: easy walk to tram and very sweet back garden outlook from breakfast room
Liked: Lovely feel to hotel: helpful staff, coffee and filtered water always available, fabulous fresh breakfast.
Disliked: While room was not large it was very practical and bathroom was sleek and very new

A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel with thoughtful touches that made all the difference
Liked: An excellent place to stay, with thoughtful little touches that made our visit extra special. We loved the complimentary coffee, tea and croissants, as well as the refillable water bottles. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with lovely artwork and thoughtful interior details that give it so much character. It feels more like staying in a stylish, welcoming home than a hotel. A special shout-out to Flo, who was an absolute gentleman. He welcomed us so warmly and took the time to stop for a lovely chat with us. His genuine kindness and friendly nature really stood out and made us feel so welcome. It’s these little personal touches that make a stay truly memorable, and Flo certainly made ours that bit more special. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return!

Great location for a city break weekend in a beautiful city
Liked: 1) Location great 2) Hotel room very clean and comfortable 3) Liked pool table and foyer having free water and coffees 4) Liked being able to buy beers in hotel foyer!
Disliked: 1) AI 'assisted' thermostat overrode the overnight temperature setting that my daughter had chosen for her room! She set it at 17.5C and woke up absolutely baking hot - over 22C. 2) Would have preferred to be able to park at hotel, especially as we arrived in a massive rainstorm. Although InterParking Stephanie-Louise was a good alternative and fine for us as we had little luggage.
