Guest reviews
Very good
Great stay in heart of Brussels historical district
Liked: Great location. Decent size rooms.
Disliked: Rooms showed a little wear.
Liked: Nice breakfast, staff at the reception very nice and helpful
Disliked: Rooms outdated, bad smell at the floors:(
Liked: The location is exceptional! 200 meters from the Bruxelles central station, the rest is very close to the hotel. Beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was ok. Breakfast was good, but it would be nice to have more options. We stayed 3 nights and all 3 times there was totally the same.
Disliked: the shower cabin was very tidy and the shower head was stuck. We didn't make it a problem, but it would be nice to have a perfectly working shower. Also the toilet door was very old, hard to close and very strange that the toilet is in a different place than a bathroom. I guess it is a Belgium tradition, but it would be good to have a sink with water in the toilet.
Good if you don’t plan to stay in the room during the day to rest
Liked: Location is great. Easy access to cafes and restaurants. Train station 2 min walk away.
Disliked: The intense smell of the Rituals air freshener they use. It’s overwhelming and too strong. Rooms are tired and need some updating and the toilet being separate from the sink/shower wasn’t ideal
A pleasant place to stay as a tourist, definitely will stay here again when will return to Brussels
Liked: Very close proximity to city main attractions the Grand Palace, Royal Gallery, Beer Museum and many restaurants and chocolate shops. The room was very comfortable and clean, really appreciate the focus on sustainability (glass water bottle available in the room for filling from the water dispensers that are available at each floor)
Disliked: Improvement of the restaurant would be the only thing that could be suggested. However being surrounded by so many close by food places, it is not a drawback.
In total a really nice experience
Liked: The location, really in the city center
Disliked: Not very clean at the breakfast area and not to many options for breakfast
