Very good
Un bon choix
Liked: Nice little hotel in quiet neighbourhood just outside of centre, had all you need for short stay. Good breakfast choices. Friendly staff. Close to some shops, restos and cafés.
Liked: clean, good size rooms nice and warm, great location near restaurants and bars, friendly reception
Disliked: all good!
Funky, comfortable hotel with amazing staff
Liked: I've stayed at this hotel twice this year, and absolutely loved it. I'm actually considering a third stay there soon if needed. The rooms were really comfortable, and decently soundproof. Both times I stayed there (May/June & August) were heatwaves, and the Aircon was excellent. Each room is modelled after a famous Belgian person or theme, and is really cool. The hotel itself is great, but the best thing about it is the staff. The most kind, friendly and helpful staff I've ever come across. If you need a place to stay in Brussels, definitely come here!
Amazing location and amazing service
Liked: The location is really convinient. The breakfast is awesome. The place is perfecct and in the city central.
Disliked: The washroom gets clogged if we take shower with a little bit gap between the showroom door. Thede is no draian near the closet which keeps the water clogged until moppeed.
Suited my needs
Disliked: Extremely disappointing experience. We are currently pursuing a partial refund and will explore all available options until this is properly resolved. One of the rooms we were given was shockingly small and felt completely different from what we expected based on the Booking.com listing. It was extremely cramped, with barely any usable space around the bed. The most serious issue, however, was the window. It could not be opened normally, which created major concerns about ventilation and, more importantly, safety in the event of an emergency. Staying in a room where you cannot properly open the window made us feel extremely uncomfortable and effectively trapped. We immediately raised the issue with the hotel. At first, they refused both a refund and a room change. Only after a prolonged and unpleasant argument did they eventually agree to offer another room. By that point, however, all confidence in the hotel had been lost. We did not feel comfortable staying there anymore and left the property to stay elsewhere. Despite this, the hotel kept approximately €1,000 for a stay that was effectively not used. We find this completely unacceptable. We are now in the process of trying to recover our money through Booking.com and will explore all available consumer-protection and payment-dispute options if necessary. We have also asked Booking.com to investigate whether the room was subsequently made available or sold to another guest after we left, while the hotel was still retaining our full payment. This was not a minor inconvenience or a matter of personal taste. The room was extremely cramped, the window situation raised serious safety concerns, the initial response from the hotel was unhelpful and confrontational, and the overall handling of the situation was unacceptable. For a booking costing around €1,000, this experience was absolutely appalling. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
