Fabulous
The lack of heating in the room significantly impacted our stay
Liked: It is a cute hotel with a warm and inviting atmosphere. There were plenty of staff around for any questions or assistance. They are centrally located in an area of the city with easy access to public transportation and plenty of food and shopping options.
Disliked: I was surprised that when we got to the room, the windows were tilted in since it was 51F/11C outside at 4:00 PM. I asked how to turn on the heat and was told there is none in the rooms. Other hotels I've stayed at in Europe have never not had heat in the rooms in November. The low was 46F/8C so once we were accustomed to the temperature with multiple layers and our hats, we were okay to sleep.
Second time staying, will book again!

Liked: However, the hotel is in an absolutely wonderful location, and the staff are incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms are cleaned every day, and each one has a coffee machine which even won my husband's heart. He couldn't get enough of the coffee, and honestly, it was delicious. The windows offer lovely views of the beautiful streets and buildings. Being so close to two metro stations and within easy reach of the city centre makes getting around incredibly convenient and allows you to truly feel the heartbeat of Brussels. Another lovely little touch was the daily mandarin orange I enjoyed from the bowl in the hotel lobby. Such a simple but thoughtful bonus.3 Thank you so much for making our stay such a wonderful experience. We truly enjoyed it
