Guest reviews
Very good
Disliked: The room was smaller than expected. I expected to be able to access both sides of the bed but it was pushed up against the wall.
Liked: Its pretty good location not that far to the centre with good tram connection
Disliked: The room is pretty bad with a corner bed The bed aint that great The breakfast staff is terrible, never in my life i seen anything like this, when i arrived at breakfast i was shocked everything was a total mess
Liked: Pleasant, comfortable and very well-located.
Liked: Staff and breakfast options were great. Location was good and it was easy to get into downtown Brussels.
Disliked: Based on the description on your website, I did not expect the rooms to be sooooo tiny! There was no room to put opened suitcases and hardly any room to move around the space. The closet took up a lot of room had about three hangars and lots of empty space which was not really useable. A small change, like adding shelves to the closet would be a huge imrovement. Also, why is there a desk? Why not a bureau to put clothes since we had to open our suitcases on the bed every time we wanted anything. Apparently this is your business model, but you should make it clear to guests up front. I would not stay at an Ibis Hotel again based on the size of the rooms alone.
Enjoyable great hospitality staff great
Liked: Good location easy access to public transportation and shopping staff friendly
Disliked: No fridge failed on a daily basis basis to fill amenities
Belgium was my first love and it still remains so
Liked: Location perfect for transport connections. Area is excellent for bars and restaurants and cultural nightlife. Bar prices are very reasonable in hotel and the pool table is free. Rooms were adequately furnished and confortable. Shower was very good. Air conditioning was spot on.
Disliked: Could have done with a small refrigerator in room and a better tea and coffee selection.
