    Not more then 1night

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. There’s an on-site car park and a tram stop right outside the hotel, with the city centre about 20 minutes away. It’s fine for one night’s stay—nothing more, nothing less.

Disliked: The first room smelled extremely strongly of stale cigarette smoke. Although we were immediately given a new room, the plug in the sink was broken there, so the sink was still filled with water from the previous guests… Both situations make you seriously question the quality of the cleaning staff, as both should have been fixed before new guests were let in. The rooms are quite small, and there is stained carpet everywhere. If you have long hair and need to dry it after showering, bring your own hairdryer—the one provided is from prehistoric times.

Disliked: The first room smelled awfully like someone had smoked there. We got a new room straight away. In the second room, the sink was not functioning properly, but they fixed it.

Liked: The staff was very friendly; the room was clean; the restaurant was pretty good

Disliked: We were next to incredibly noisy neighbors who were partying and yelling in the hallway for two nights, which made it difficult to sleep. We asked the staff to move us to another room, but this was not possible. The staff were friendly but did nothing to resolve the problem. The room was also quite warm, but it was not possible to open the windows without letting mosquitoes in. Screens on the windows would be a big help. The pillows were very tall and firm and couldn't be used comfortably because they bend the sleeper's neck at a sharp angle. We ended up making shorter pillows out of extra blankets on the second night.
