Fabulous
The best location
Liked: A really nice hotel right in the heart of Brussels Excellent breakfast buffet Nice cozy room with a modern design Extremely friendly reception staff
10/10 Location & Stay
Liked: Went for a mini christmas trip for the christmas markets. The location is 10/10 there is a Xmas market outside the hotel. Hotel was clean, comfortable and no issues with my stay. Would 100% recommend and would stay again
Horrible experience
Liked: Very rude staff, horrible service. Stale breakfast and dirty rooms. International tourist should totally avoid the place.
Nice
Liked: It was beside the central train station and some footsteps away from the grand place. We loved that they let us have an early check-in without charging. Calm and clean rooms and nice breakfast. Friendly personnel. Super!!!
Perfect location and attentive staff
Liked: Location of this hotel is perfect, staff are super friendly and accommodating. They interacted with my 3 year old and gave her sweets and high fives, nothing was too much trouble, thank you Rosa and Ramona!! Our room was a triple room, very spacious and spotlessly clean, we had a great view over toward the grand place. Overall a brilliant stay in a beautiful city, thank you again.
Horrible mattresses
Liked: The location is perfect. Staff are friendly. But the mattress is horrible. I’m not picky with mattresses but this was horrid. I had to change rooms because the mattress in the first room was dented so badly (body indent). The mattress in the second room was slightly better but not by much as it did slant to one side. I can’t believe how bad the mattresses are!! Clearly they need to be replaced. Also the room is showing its age. Chipped paint on the walls etc. I wouldn’t return to this hotel unfortunately. It’s a shame though because as I said the location is fantastic.
