Liked: Close to the bus stop.
Disliked: Breakfast, cleanliness
Liked: None
Disliked: None
Liked: Room was tidy and clean.Stuff was very welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: No lock in toilet door. It could be better if there is Toilet with shower.
Exceptional staff, but a disappointing room experience due to cleanliness and odor issues
Liked: On the positive side, all the receptionists without exception were outstanding and extremely helpful—each and every one of them! Also, the hotel lobby area was very well-kept, clean, and welcoming.
Disliked: Unfortunately, our experience with the room was disappointing. Upon arrival, we noticed a booger stuck on the mirror, which is unacceptable regarding basic hygiene. Additionally, there was a strong and very unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom, forcing us to keep the window open at all times. Lastly, the pillows were very uncomfortable.
Liked: Breakfast is good..
Disliked: The cleaner spray bad perfume in my room.
Convenient when travelling
Liked: Location near Ruisbroek station makes it convenient to get into Brussels without your car. Handy for the motorway when coming in from Lille.
Disliked: The toilet door has a large gap top and bottom so you can hear all noises so you need to know who you ae sharing with - or you soon will!!! Felt a full height door would have been more appropriate. Otherwise a standard budget type hotel room, adequate with no frills
