Fabulous
Liked: The location and the room
Disliked: When i have to bring the luggage up to the room, better the hotel make a lift to satisfy the customer, because your room was very excellent.
Great stay! Excellent location. Love the loft unit! Great value for the money
Liked: Great location, walking distance to restaurants and the grande plaza and main attractions. Spacious loft units with one king bed and two twin beds. Super clean, newly renovated.
Disliked: The property is located on the third floor, no elevator. The entrance is blocked by a restaurant. The sign is not super clear.
Disliked: no air conditioner...its roof tap and super hot during the summer
Enjoyed the stay very much and would def go back and book again
Liked: Very spacious and roomy for our family of 4. It was about a 10-15 min walk to the sites or train station so not bad for getting around.
Disliked: It was a lot of stairs to get to the room- we were at the top and it was OK for the most part. Just hard when we had to carry our luggage up the 76 stairs and down when we left. But the room was great and I would go back
Liked: Beautifully fitted out, plenty of space and a great location
Disliked: It’s a shame that they did not have a proper shower in the bathroom … and the water pressure meant it took a very long time to run a bath! Tricky when there’s 4 of you!
Unacceptable Hygiene, Unbearable Odors, and Misleading Photos – An Expensive Nightmare. Avoid!
Liked: The absolute only redeeming quality of this property is its central location, making it walking distance to most major attractions in Brussels.
Disliked: • Bizarre & Smelly Entrance: To reach your room, you have to squeeze through a restaurant's dining area and literally walk through the kitchen. The smell is horrendous, you have to hold your breath just to get upstairs. • Dangerous Stairs: The staircases are extremely narrow, dangerously steep, and seemingly endless. • Misleading Listing: The photos imply a two-story/duplex layout. It is merely a "technicality" (just a door and a mirror before a few steps up to the main floor). • Severe Hygiene Issues & Pest-Infested: The room is suffocatingly dusty, with thick dust constantly floating in the air. Large wooden beams severely restrict your walking space, and the windows and wood crevices are covered in spiders and cobwebs. It feels too unhygienic to even sit on the couch. • Unbearably Stuffy: The room is excessively hot and lacks proper ventilation. The only option is to open the windows, but because the room is directly above the restaurant’s back kitchen, doing so immediately fills the room with nauseating food odors. • Unusable Shower: The bathroom in the attic room is placed directly under a steeply sloped ceiling. You literally cannot stand up to take a shower. There is no overhead mount for the showerhead, and since there is no shower curtain, water can easily splash to the bathroom. It is a miserable experience. • Foul-Smelling Towels: Despite booking for 4 people, we were provided with only 2 large, tattered bath towels. The towels reeked of the same disgusting kitchen food smell, likely due to where they are washed or stored in the building. Drying off makes you feel dirtier than before you showered—though it hardly matters since you have to sleep in a cloud of dust anyway.
