Very good
I expect a much more professional and more helpful approach during my stay at a hotel
Liked: The bedroom was nice and comfortable. It's a nice hotel, good location, the rooms were clean. The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: The service!! I booked a 'cosy' room, without indicating that I needed an extra large double bed. A normal double bed would have been sufficient. When we arrived, the person at check in said we could only have a room with two separate beds, which I think is not that cosy. I asked him to find a solution, which he at first refused. It was only when a second staff member intervened that a solution was found and that I could get the 'cosy' room that I had paid for. I expect a more professional attitude and a staff member who is willing to look for solutions. During the breakfast we stayed a bit longer than 11, and once again there was a staff member who made the experience quite distasteful. When he entered the breakfast hall, he looked explicitly at his wrist watch and in our direction. That's not the right way to communicate things. If he was bothered by our presence, he could have told us in a more polite way.
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Martin’s Hotel! A special thank you to Diran and Chanelle for their warm welcome, kindness and excellent service. They made us feel valued and helped make our stay extra special. Their friendly attitude and willingness to help were truly appreciated. We would happily recommend Martin’s Hotel and look forward to visiting again. Thank you, Diran and Chanelle!
Unbeatable price&ubication combination, and great quality
Liked: I go often and it is a great hotel in the best place.
Disliked: I think is fine.
Liked: Very clean and the staff very helpfull
Disliked: the spa had some problems but I did t ask to fix.so for sure if I asked the staff will had managed to solve my complane
Liked: Location was good, many restaurants in the area. For this area, this was a good budget friendly option.
Disliked: Room was small.
Liked: Polite staff, good price, excellent location, quiet at night. Good choice of tv channels.
Disliked: The bathroom is outdated. Room furniture is also ageing. The bathtube is high, it is not convenient for elderly. Breakfast choice should be better.
