Very good
I had a quite good time
Liked: A very professional built hotel cum hostel, with all the facilities available and location close to Bruxelles-Midi.
Disliked: Staff needs to be more attentive and helpful instead of leaving the clients on their own when they need you.
Liked: Clean and close to train station
Disliked: No lockers in dorm beds and you have to pay for lockers, also 4 bed room a little tight.
The whole situation was poorly managed by the assistant manager
Liked: Location and front desk staff except for the assistant manager (she was awful)
Disliked: From the moment I checked in there was an issue with my room's door key that myself and four other Patriots was experiencing. Every we would leave the electric door key would not allow us back in. After multiple attempts to get the situation fixed I asked for the assistant manager. Deborah was extremely rude and made it seem as if the problem was of my own accord. Instead of helping me or changing my room she told me the situation would be fixed after the third day. Ultimately I had to ask for the manager who finally changed my room on the fourth day of a 5-day trip. I was extremely disappointed with the assistant manager Deborah. On top of all of that the elevator was down three of the five days, and on the second day they put a drunk person in the room which made everybody in the room have to change rooms.

First and foremost, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to two extraordinary young people at the reception – Souleymane and Kadiatou! ❤️ From the very first moment, they welcomed us with genuine warmth, kindness, beautiful smiles, and exceptional hospitality. They made us feel not like ordinary hotel guests, but like dear friends visiting their home. Their professionalism, patience, positive energy, and willingness to help with absolutely everything were simply outstanding. Dear Souleymane and Kadiatou, you made our stay in Brussels more beautiful than you could ever imagine! Always smiling, friendly, attentive, and helpful, you showed us what true hospitality really means. Your kindness is priceless, and because of you, we will remember this hotel with enormous affection. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! Delicious, varied, fresh, and beautifully prepared. It was a wonderful way to start each morning. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed linen was spotless, the towels were fresh, and everything was perfectly arranged for a relaxing stay after a long day exploring the city. The hotel also has an excellent location! Bruxelles-Midi railway and bus station, including FlixBus connections, is nearby, making it very convenient for travelers exploring Europe. The city center is approximately a 15–20 minute walk away. However, what truly makes this hotel special is not just its comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, or convenient location. THE GREATEST TREASURE OF THIS HOTEL IS ITS PEOPLE! ❤️ We would especially like to send a message to the hotel management: PLEASE TAKE GOOD CARE OF SOULEYMANE AND KADIATOU!
A very clean place, well located for toursts! The staff were so welcoming, the breakfask was okay too
