BRILLIANT - the place to stay in Brussels, absolutely no doubt
Liked: Beautiful Apartment, and in a really nice and quiet part of the city. Superb transport access with the team stop outside the door. Hernan and his cleaner are magnificent, when things went wrong on 1st night they bent over backwards to look after us and make sure we were sorted. We had our bag with keys to apartment, passports and phone inside it was after 10pm and Hernan answered our call and made sure we had access to get in the apartment by collecting the spare key from his lovely cleaner. By the time we got to her home it was after 12:30. They didn’t need to help us, it was so late they could have answered on Thursday. So……. Not only is the property modern, beautifully kept, immaculately clean, in perfect location. But, you also get taken care of like your family. If you’re visiting Brussels ( don’t be put off by our bag situation). You need to stay here.. Enjoy

Liked: We never got to the property. The manager/host contacted me several days before our planned visit to say there was a problem and offered to refund us. This has not happened 😡
Disliked: It looked great and we are really disappointed about what has happened.
Superb
Spacious apartment in a great location
Liked: The apartment is very spacious, light and airy. The location is great - it's located right on Avenue Louise with a tram stop right by the front door. With massive windows facing the avenue, you get a great sense of the hustle and bustle of Brussels.
Disliked: We received ZERO communication about how to check-in until 3pm on the day of check-in, even though check-in is at 14:00 according to booking.com. Imagine arriving in a foreign city after a 16 hour flight with all your luggage, standing in front of the apartment you paid for, in the rain, with no indication as to how or when you will get access (if at all). It was an hour of agony that started our holiday off on a low note. The apartment itself needs some maintenance done - the shower head needs replacement, the dishwasher didn't work and many lightbulbs were blown. When we finally checked in, there was still a load of laundry running in both the washing machine and the dryer. I ended up having to dry the wet washing of previous guests on my holiday. I feel this place is not being managed properly by the agents.
Great stay at an amazing apartment with character
Liked: Amazing flat, great design, central Location but very quiet at the same time, fully equipped kitchen with all that you need to cook, spacious, with interesting details. I would definitely book my stay here again when I next visit Brussels.
