Very good
Very beautiful interior in hotel
Liked: I liked how spacious and clean and well designed the room was, by far the best hotel i’ve stayed at aesthetically. Nice complementary touches aswell.
Disliked: The staff that checked me in was quite rude and dismissive (could possibly be the language barrier) but was unable to explain to me why I would have to put down a €200 deposit upon check in - I also think that’s a very silly concept and yet to receive the refund even though I was told it would be returned ‘as soon as you check out’. I also didn’t like the lack of flexibility when it came to changing the dates of my stay regardless of me expressing my dire situation and me even being willing to pay additional costs.
A very comfortable high end healthy hotel
Liked: Exceptional
Disliked: None applicable
Liked: Very good spa and wellness. Recepcion is great, specially guy that was working around 20h. Room was clean and view was amazing
Disliked: Nothing
It was just perfect!
Liked: The room was huge. It had good desk space for working.
Disliked: The hotel is within a type of business complex. I didn't realise this until I got there. The food court is separate from the hotel and does not belong to it but was good it have it nearby.
Liked: Rooms are very clean. Bed is comfortable and I love it when they give me corner room like 445 with 3 windows walls and have wonderful view. Great fitness, pool and food choices.
Disliked: Too many outside people for the fitness and evenings it is crowded with people in sports suits in the hotel lobby.
