Fabulous
Liked: Great atmosphere
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Convenient location for our visit
Disliked: Price for the accomodations was a little higher than expected. Surrounding area seems to be getting a bit more dangerous with homeless population
Youll not regret it!
Liked: Everything! Good customer service. Rooms small but clean! Excellent breakfast
Disliked: N/A
Great location and late check-out, but a small reward for skipping housekeeping would be nice
Liked: My second stay at a Motel One, and I still like it! The Brussels location is great, the hotel is clean, and late check-out is always a bonus.
Disliked: I fully support the hotel's sustainable approach and was happy to skip housekeeping during my two-night stay. However, I found it strange that there was no incentive to do so. A small discount or other benefit would have been a nice gesture, especially when you're still paying the full price.
Liked: Everything staff were amazing loved every minute inside the hotel
Disliked: Having to leave early due to emergency
Liked: The breakfast was fabulous, room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The reception staff were exceptional and allowed us to check in early. The location was very good for Central Station.
Disliked: The room was on the small size if staying longer, fine for a few days, but would be oppresive if staying more days. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
