Fabulous
Relaxing hotel, great staff, good quality breakfast
Liked: Relaxing atmosphere, fabulous staff, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are clean and comfortable. A very chilled space after a stressful days.
Disliked: Not enough storage space if you’re staying more than a night or two. I travel on business, 4 hangers and no trouser hangers is not enough. No hooks for coats. The ironing rooms are claustrophobic and they ask you to keep the door open but there’s nothing to wedge it with. Luckily I travel with a steamer.
Close to metro station, close to city center
Liked: I already stayed at a Moxy Hotel in other city so I knew what to expect in terms of service, cleanliness and amenities. Everything was satisfactorily; the breakfast is standard continental, the bed in my room was made daily, the trash taken out, towels and sheets crisp white and clean. The staff was very well-mannered and nice. I have no reproach whatsoever.:)
Very nice hotel good value with good conections
Liked: The property is nice with a modern vibe and has everything you need. The room was spaciuos, well equiped and confortable. We enjoyed also the breackfast buffet, but there was no change, every day the exact same things. The location is well conected, but not in the city center (as the name suggest), it is 5min walk from Metro, 20min walk to Grand Place and has bus stop very near.
Disliked: The main complain is regardin the beds, the main bed was ok (but no great for a person with back problems - to soft) and the extra bed / reclining couch was unusable because it had a concave shape (not strait like it supose to be).
Excellent place, very comfortable with fun vibe
Liked: Really liked the vibe, very friendly welcome and great room. It was very quiet.
Disliked: The sofa bed in our family room was quite squeaky when getting in and out or turning over.
Amazing but I wish there were a kettle or a coffee machine in the room
Liked: Great location. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Extremely friendly staff, always happy to help. A voucher for a free drink at their bar was a very pleasant suprise as well. Great hotel!
Disliked: They only store a hairdryer in the room. No fridge, kettle, coffee machine or an iron. You can still iron your clothes or ask for a cup of hot water but it was still not very convenient.
Liked: Nice bed and pillows. Nice and quiet when you close the window. Comfortable room. Great place to work downstairs
