DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT
Liked: The location was nice.
Disliked: This listing is either the result of willing fraudulence, or weaponised incompetence. Out of the listed amenities the following were not present: - internet - washing machine - basic kitchen items (pans, collander, serving spoon The following listed amenities were present, but did not function properly: - a working toilet - stove On top of all of this, the communication was absolutely amateurish. It took 5 full days to get the water running, internet online and the pans present. Throughout these days we have had to call the host upwards of 20 times, most of the time getting hung up on. When asking why she hung up on us, she said that she was working. Let me rephrase that; as a guest of Sam she does not see you as a priority. Despite being fully aware of the atrocious experience she is making her guests pay for. Save yourself time, money and frustration. Look elsewhere.
Beautiful apartment, incredible value for money and good location as was near a metro station
Liked: The property was very spacious and all the rooms were gorgeous. The apartment had everything we needed regarding the kitchen and bathroom
Disliked: the door handle of the front door was slightly loose and needed to be screwed back on

Liked: Location was ok.
Disliked: There was a mess in the entrance which is attached to a restaurant that has a very strong smell. There was also trash and metal pipes along the very narrow stairway that felt quite dangerous. Along the stairs there was also a dead mouse for the entire stay of our trip and we reached out to the staff/house attendant multiple times without a response. The a/c system was not working and the bathroom was not clean. It was one of the worst locations we’ve ever stayed at. We would’ve left if only there were other locations for 4 people. Honestly we should cancelled.
We liked it. Clean enough
Liked: The apartment is spacious, and the hosts were thoughtful to draw the blinds so the apartment wouldn't overheat during the heatwave. The three of us fit perfectly.
Disliked: The bathroom curtain must be longer. The breakfast bar tabletop is made of flammable material; it is dangerous. The washing machine is not working, so this should be noted in the facility description. Otherwise, such a description is at least misleading and, at most, fraudulent.
Tired
Liked: A reasonable walk from the station and the air conditioning was excellent. We eat at Le Porta Bistro del Hal, which was amazing.
Disliked: It’s not in the best area and the door to the apartments was covered in graffiti. The apartment is looking tired in places and the double bed was not very comfortable. The toilet flush was very weak and had to be repeated to get it to flush away. The stairs to upstairs 2 x single bedroom are very steep and dangerous to climb and especially to descend. At the bottom of the long flights of stairs to all the apartments the door was open into the kitchen of the chicken shop and pipe had been propped up sticking out into the stairs dangerously.
He made our stay a nightmare

Disliked: No heating: heaters were not working Suckets are working: could not charge the phone. No electricity therefore no internet. No hot water to shower. there we could not shawer
