Fabulous
Dreadful
Liked: It's a good hotel
Disliked: Terrible booking in...We arrived late at night, tired after a day of travelling, then had to wait for TWO HOURS in a huge queue with the whole reception are crammed full of families and luggage as ONE staff member checked everyone in.She was fantastic despite anger and impatience of many there.NH should be ashamed they didn't support her or have a mechanism to do so. An awful stay.
Modern, clean, comfortable bed, good food, and quiet setting
Would recommend hotel for cleanliness and convenience. Has onsite parking for a fee
Liked: Room was very nice and clean with updated amenities. Good value.
Disliked: Room service took a long time. Ordering was confusing online. Food was poor quality and cold. Was able to connect to wifi on phone and computer but not iPad.
Liked: Good hotel before morning flight with convenient shuttle to the airport. Comfortable room and friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Broad variety on the buffet and extra menu available.
Liked: nice and quiet room
Disliked: Receptionist in check.in was in-polite, asian lady, maybe chinese
