Disliked: As soon as we enter the rooms, the toilet was dirty, including sink, floor etc. the AC wasn’t working and we had to open the window which caused a noise disturbance from the road. Didn’t keep at all.the staff wasn’t helpful when we raised this upon checkout. No emphatic, no good gesture. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t stay here again

Liked: Near to Brussels midi. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Unfortunately lights stopped working in my bathroom on the second day that couldn’t be repaired before I left. There were no other rooms to move me to as the hotel was full.
Liked: The hotel is conveniently located near the Central Station, making it an excellent base not only for exploring Brussels' main attractions but also for taking easy day trips to other beautiful Belgian cities such as Ghent, Bruges, and Antwerp. The room was the biggest I've ever stayed in during my visits to Brussels It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and polite. Honestly, booking this hotel is one of the best decisions you can make. Thank me later!
Disappointed
Disliked: The wing where my room was very noisy. The room next to mine was occupied by a couple and they were extremely noisy, talking, shouting and playing music. I went down to the reception to complain, the lady just offered to move me to another floor. I was tired, I had already unpacked my suitcase and I had to do it all over again. They did not try to speak to my noisy neighbours and tell them off. They told me that it was a day use that why…… so? They were free to do what ever they wanted and I had to move!!! I was not happy at all. The Lady at the reception said that the was nothing else she could do for me. She changed my room and that was it! I am sorry but that was extremely disruptive. The incident spoilt my whole stay unfortunately…. I am glad I was not with my children as the couple were shouting and not being mindful of the people around them. Real shame…
