Fabulous
Liked: Location, staff.
Disliked: Improper heating.
The stay was ok but a few essential improvements are needed to make the experience better
Liked: Location was great, right in the city center with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, shops.
Disliked: The pillows were very uncomfortable, and each one was different. We asked for more pillows, but none were provided. We also asked at reception if we could get bathrobes and slippers to use the spa, but were told that bathrobes were only available to guests staying in executive rooms. This was disappointing, especially for a hotel with spa facilities.
Nice hotel, bad pillows and mattress
Liked: The location
Disliked: We requested a crib in advance and they didn’t confirmed it even though I asked them twice. When we arrived they said that the crib was at the room but it wasn’t, we had to wait for them to put it together. The sleeping pillows were absolutely uncomfortable and the mattress was old, the whole purpose to go to a hotel of this category is to get a good rest but it wasn’t the case. The facilities were really nice and the room as well. No issues during check in or check out.

The room was disappointing not up what I expected. The foldable beds they provide is just a scam

Disliked: Room was very basic. It was a standard room and they added two small foldable inconfortable for the kids. The pillows were having a strange smell. They were never properly cleaned and they just change the cover. No robes and no slippers on the basis it is a standard room.
