Very central
Liked: Excellent location, accommodating hosts
Disliked: Nothing
Misleading! It's a private property, not a hotel
Liked: The location was central, however bar under the windows is crowded and loud at night.
Disliked: 1. No facilities (lile restaurant and other as shown in pictures) just apartments, with an uncomfortable couch instead of a bed. 2. NO SOUND ISOLATION (it might be better on the top floor). 3. Tiny place, no place for bags. 4. We could not turn on lights in the bathroom, it lacked privacy as blinds were not closing. Curtains all around were barely covering windows. 5. The owner asked us to take screwdriver and fix the leaking toilet, then called a plumber who stomped all around the bathroom with his shoes.
Great for a party weekend
Liked: The location is perfect if you want a party weekend with the crowd. You are in the middle of the action. The top floor room has an interesting layout and is spacious - though, in summer it can get warm (no aircondition)
Disliked: Be aware that it is in a very cheerful (i.e. noisy) environment. The party starts every day also during the week at 15:00 and goes on until 03:30 at least. One of the restaurants directly under your window is "dog friendly" - that means that you have constantly fighting barking dogs and their owners shouting at them. Unfortunately the windows do not block out the noise effectively. Bring earplugs. The WLAN was patchy and the television did not work because it relies on the internet. Bring your own internet router / 5G if you need a professional grade internet connection.
Noisy and miserable
Disliked: The place is very noisy from nearby bars. It is poorly maintained, if maintained at all. The bed is a very old sofa with a horrible mattress. Al lfurniture are leftovers from old houses almost nothing pairs with each other. Windows are not properly closing. Lights are poor and sparse.

Liked: Amazing location, apartment was clean and well equipped.
Disliked: The stairs are tough and there is not fan or AC
