Very good
Very enjoyable stay - close proximity to public transport, nice staff and comfy rooms
Liked: The room was very comfortable and location was perfect. Close to public transport and plenty of sights close by. We did not sample the breakfast. Staff were helpful and knowledgable. We would stay there again.
Disliked: The sockets in the rooms were in my view a bit dated and I feel they could be upgraded. We did manage with them though.
Very good location, fabulous staff
Liked: The location is excellent, the taxi reached the hotel within 20 minutes from the airport and few minutes walking distance from the event I visited. The service and friendliness of the staff is fabulous. As I stayed only one night and had to depart very early, I didn't have breakfast, so I can't rate.
Okey for the location but it's not a 4stars hotel for service and personnels
Liked: Location is very good. Despite not in the city center, Merode is a lively and beutiful district very well connected to the city center. SInce is before the undergraund split, both 5 and 1 lines can be used reducing the waiting time. Great spot for parking
Disliked: the hotel is old. the toilette was broken and when we asked in the afernon to repare it, nobody fix it. In the eveining we ask to change the room and we got a decent room but in the basement. the plus is that we had direct acces to the garden but the smokign detector was someone brokent flasking time to time. also the back door to the garden was somehow damage and not closing proprerly.
Liked: Very nice and quiet area. 5 min from metro station. Peaceful and calm.
Disliked: There was no AC, but the hotel is in the process of installing it. The interior is quite old fashioned.

Liked: Food value for money and location convenient for us. Rooms are spacy
Disliked: Quite old propriety not recently refurbished.
