Very good
Great staff, exceptional receptionist
Liked: We were encountered by the best receptionist ever, Marius, and all the staff was great. They made us feel welcomed even if it was for a short time.

Great
Liked: Last time we got a small room. The second time we got a huge one, which was definitely a very welcomed bonus.
Disliked: Each time I requested a crib through booking but didn't find one in my room upon arrival. We had to ask separately at the reception to actually get one.
Disliked: 7,5€ for a 33cl of beer
Very pleasant experience
Liked: Every aspect of the hotel exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return.
Disliked: The meal in the restaurant was excellent however the pricing was excessive. When the cost of a dinner for two (granted we had some wine but no appetizers or desserts) exceeds the price of an overnight stay, it seemed a little out of line.
Liked: Clean room
Airport stay in Brussels
Liked: Food was very good in the on-site restaurant. The airport shuttle was convenient. Staff was friendly.
