Liked: The hotel is located in a nice and trendy part of the city. It is quite far from the Grand Place, but the neighbourhood is clean, safe and easily accessible by public transport. The hotel is modest but features modern design and friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean and equipped with all the facilities needed for both short and longer stays. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of both hot and cold dishes.
Disliked: The “City Center” part of the hotel’s name is technically correct, but you should be aware that it takes about 25 minutes to walk to either the Grand Place or the Royal Palace.

Liked: Bed was really comfy and friendly/polite staff. Location was good, easily accessible by foot, but tram was available just near to hotel. Central train station about 25 mins by walking,
Disliked: Breakfast was cold after 9am, no toaster available Hotel states that breakfast from 6am to 10am, but we went at 6.15am and staff was looking at us a bit surprised, breakfast stall not set up fully at that time. At 9am. breakfast is cold. For accessing room key card was not working in one of elevator. Room not cleaned on daily basis, we was asked to choose 1 day of cleaning ( we stayed for 5 nights). No tea spoons in a room. Powdered milk in seches provided for your coffee was like a brick- hard and no expire date. We had our dinner one night in a hotel and it was disappointed too- menu very limited with few dishes to choose.
