Exceptional
The staff is very helpful and kind. Well-equipped with everything u need
Liked: Responsive staff, well equipped, high standards of kitchenware
Disliked: Location is a bit far from the main station. Narrow stair steps. Sofa bed only fit for teenagers. It seems like the heater didnt work well during my time, they said they send someone to fixed it but i couldn’t feel any difference.
Liked: The instructions were very precise on locating the property and accessing the keys. The property was immaculate and well located for the Xmas markets in a very pretty part of Brussels.
Liked: This appartment is well located in the close distance to the Central Station.
Great location, comfortable and reasonable value for money
Liked: Spacious. Nice shower and comfortable bed
Disliked: Very noisy due to there being numerous heat pump units in the light well adjacent the bedroom! No heating in the bathroom. No hot water to the WC basin.
Great apartment, presented well with all you need
Liked: Very comfortable and clean. A great space to return to at the end of the day. Excellent location. We felt very much at home, had a coziness feel to the apartment, great way to feel when on holiday.
Disliked: Stairs, though we knew prior to booking that there were stairs. Could do with some block out blinds in lounge/kitchen.
A very nice appartment on a very good location
Liked: Very spacious and very clean, good facilities. Good location and the price - quality ratio was excellent! The service via email was also very good, with extensive answers and quick replies.
Disliked: Nothing
