Fabulous
Practical stay
Liked: The staff was very kind and welcoming. The hotel is well located and easy to reach by public transport. The modern design is appealing. Good for a very short, practical stay
Disliked: Cleanliness was the main issue. The furniture was worn, and there was visible limescale and some discolouration in the bathroom, which made it feel uninviting. The carpet under the desk and chair was particularly dirty. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep fell short of what I would expect from a four-star hotel.
