  Welcoming and helpful host

Liked: Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and had a magnificent view of the market square. More importantly, our host was friendly and most kind and helpful. He even walked us to the train station and helped with our suitcases.

Exceptional location, wonderful manager – you will love this place

Liked: What an incredible location! If you’re booking here, I highly recommend choosing a room with a city view. The huge windows overlooking the magnificent Grand Place are absolutely spectacular. A special mention must go to Lauir, the hotel manager, who was incredibly kind, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He is a real asset to this property.

Disliked: The bathroom would benefit from updating, and having a fridge in the room would be a great addition. Hopefully, the owners will consider investing in these improvements, as this wonderful property deserves facilities that match its exceptional location and service. Despite these minor points, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily give it 10/10. **You will love this place!**
