  Safestay - decent stay

  Liked: The room, the bathroom, the location was fabulous.

  Disliked: Finding the location was tough, a signboard outside the building in the lane will be useful. Having a drinking water dispenser in the hostel will be useful to save plastic.

  Disliked: we contacted them before hand, called and emailed multiple times, nobody ever responded or picked up the phone. So we went there in person, one staff was very friendly and promised she would help us and send us the details we requested. In the end she never sent us what she promised and we had no support from the staff whatsoever.

  Basic place to stay in central city location. Gluten free for breakfast was a major plus!breakfast

  Liked: The location (once we found it, it’s like a shop doorway so easily missed) is very central. Obviously this has its downside in terms of noise but it is convenient. The breakfast included gluten free and dairy free bread, thank you! Your staff were very helpful about this. Shower was fine and place was clean.

  Disliked: The room is basic. I feel booking.com didn’t make it all that obvious this is a hostel but that’s fine. The walls are thin, could hear every movement in the next room plus the work taking place in the building and the bed felt a bit like sleeping in a submarine. It did the job for the one night we were there but didn’t really get much sleep.

  If I go back to Brussels I’ll stay here again

  Liked: Bedrooms has a lot of space and 2 bathrooms. Very comfortable. And it has a perfect location.
