Very good
Not a good experience
Liked: Location and price are definitely the plus of the place, cleanliness is a 10/10! Breakfast is okay considering the price. Apart from that the lacks are a lot and my experience wasn't good.
Disliked: There are no curtains and beds creaks, towel and padlock have to be paid extra and there aren't any kind of toiletries. The most problematic thing is the feeling to be in a shelter: you'll stay with people that are moving in the city so no fun vibes and mostly pretty old (on the website they say they only accept under 35 but it definitely wasn't), workers staying for long periods, etc.. If you’re looking for backpackers vibes this is not the place. I needed to switch my bed for an inconvenient in the night, but apparently there weren’t any others available and that means they never keep any spare beds for emergencies as it should be.
Liked: The room is great and it was clean and comfortable. There are a lot of facilities available in the hostel.
Disliked: I don't like the fact that they don't have a no breakfast option while booking the hostel. Their breakfast was normal, nothing special.
Liked: Very good, the location is great and close to the main plaza, very clean and the shower and the bathroom were nice 🙂
Our stay was pleasant at the hostel
Liked: I liked the location, it was close to the city centre. A metro station is only a few minutes away, a train station is about 15 minues away by walk. There are shops and restaurants nearby the hostel. Staff was very kind at the reception. Breakfast was good.
Liked: I always stay a night (or two) at Sleepwell when transiting through Brussels for work on a budget and usu. in autumn. The staff are always helpful and the location is great and easy to get to the airport and there's a lot of value to having laundry and breakfast there. I get a small private room as I'm an older adult.
Disliked: Minor comment only- it'd be nice to be able to turn on a bit more heat in the room in the fall. But i'm from a hot country so this won't apply for everyone.
Liked: The breakfast is perfect with excellent products and rich in quality. They have a very comfortable community kitchen to prepare individuals meal. The receptionist are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds.
Disliked: Everything is so perfect
