Liked: Location!!! spacious! Easy access, clear instructions. Responsive via booking chat.
Disliked: Everything related to bathe… may need some upgrading to the shower room. Towels are old and it came with hair. Likewise for the extra duvet cover, it doesn’t look washed. Noise level at night.
Extremely bad property management services
Disliked: The property management was unbelievably bad! We came in with 3 children below 12 years old at about 4pm, we could not access the apartment, after numerous communication with the property management, they finally sent someone to assist after 8pm, yet the person could not open the door, we left after 9:30pm to find an alternative!
