Property is lively and staff was helpful, however, poor cleaning and the shower drain was blocked

Disliked: Cleaning was a great issue, and the shower drain was blocked, I had water leaking to my room
Beautiful interior, but I believe the stares are not suitable for everyone
Liked: The interior is very beautiful and rooms are clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Some towels need to be changed. From room number two you can hear the noise of the shared kitchen, I woke up at 6 am with the noise of someone using the kitchen. The shower is beautiful but not practical in cold season. The toilet sit needs to be fixed, it moves.
unforgettable place！
Liked: So beautiful rooms and very kind owner. They response my message so puickly. They allow that keeping baggage before check in time. bathroom and toelet are so clean. 4person's room is 3rd & 4th floor,4th floor is attic room. kitchen is all good but communal space. I booked 2nd floor 1room and 3rd & 4th floor 1room, as a result 3rooms used. If you use 4th floor, you'll be muscle because only use spiral staircase. As a whole,I never seen that a beautiful antique style hotel! I loved in there!

Terrible experience. Room 4 was too hot to stay in, way hotter than outside (40 degrees under the roof, no air condition
Disliked: One room was too hot to be in, they did not refund and tried to charge us more for changing room for “toilet cleaning”. I ended up sharing the bed with an unknown colleague.
Picturesque but not great for business travel
Liked: The accomodation is very picturesque. Particularly the spiral staircase which you climb to get to the room is very cool (although also a little difficult to climb). There is a fine communal kitchen available. The price is as reasonable as one may expect, and the location suited me well.
Disliked: No desk in the room, which is an issue if you need to work. It took a long time and much prodding to get a receipt, which I needed because I was travelling on business. I did not get the code to enter the room until I reminded them when I landed in Brussels. I may have contributed to this by forgetting to send the scan of my passport, though.

Liked: Very quiet setting, even though it was in a highly populated area
Disliked: Bathroom and shower area needs to be cleaner
