Hotel and room was beautiful, clean surfaces from what we experienced, location is just outside main areas of attraction
Liked: The decor of the room was amazing, and we was upgraded to a suite which was really nice of the hotel. The rooms facilities were as good as it gets with a coffee machine, robes, molton brown soaps/lotions, tv was adjusted to English channels for our arrival which is attention to small details and did not go unnoticed. The hotel itself was stunning, we only stayed one night so didn’t get chance to use all the facilities it has to offer but from what we was told it has pretty much everything you could want! They held all of our luggage for us and ensured it was safe behind a locked door which I know most hotels do however with this we felt safe enough to even save handbags which couldn’t be locked.
Disliked: Unsure what happened with the cleaning of our room as the floors and surfaces were clean enough, but a bottled water was left bedside in the room with the lid off and my partner accidentally drank this drink not knowing it was left there by the previous occupants. So this was very scary as we know contamination/infections do die when not in the right conditions, it was still scary. Only other thing would be the coffee services in the room were not topped up.
Lobster too buttery, steak too juicy
Liked: I stay here often now. It is comfortable and elegant. The staff are glorious. Molton Brown soaps, big bath, comfy robe... Just glorious.
Disliked: Leaving was the worst. One very small, tiny, insignificant criticism would be that the lobster is too buttery and the steak too juicy.
